Refund Policy
We are sorry to hear you are returning your item, please notify us of the return at with your name, order number, and list the item(s) you would wish to return. Please include a copy of your order with the item(s) you are returning.
We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, items with signs or wear will not be accepted.
Customers will cover all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
We ask that you please be very careful when packing any breakable items.  We s are not responsible for any items broken in transit, we recommend you insure your return and to use an additional box to protect the packaging and add additional protection for your returned items.

We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment. Once we have completed your refund, please note that due to credit card processing times, your refund may take several days to post to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please check that everything has arrived safely. We pack and ship every package with plenty of protection but sometimes things do break in transit. Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery if something is broken or defective, and we will gladly ship you a replacement. Email your request with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to
