Ordering and Shipping
We use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS for our orders.  Expedited shipping is not available through checkout at this time. If you need something shipped right away please contact us by mail or phone.
Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  We will email you your tracking number once we have created your shipping label
Delivery Date Notice
We are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers.  Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Packages that cant be delivered
In the case that your package is not delivered due to the carriers judgement, if it is safe to deliver or not, the carrier will take your package to a nearby authorized pick up center.  The location details will be in your tracking information.  This is at the discretion of the driver and is for the safety of your package.
Lost Packages
If your package has been lost in transit please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. shopdonlino@gmail.com
